  • What's the consignment process?
    Regular Consignment We accept 20 items per drop-off which can be a combination of clothes, shoes, home decor, purses, and fine jewelry. All costume jewelry has to be new with tags. All clothing needs to be hung on hangers (please contact us for hangers if you need them prior to your appointment). Items are on consignment for 60 days with fine jewelry for 90 days. You have the option to come pick up items at the end of the 60/90 days. All items for consignment become store inventory after that time and are non-returnable. Furniture Drop-Off Thursday is furniture drop off day with no appointment necessary as long as your item can be carried in without our help. For large items, please send a photo prior to bringing it to the shop (email your photo to thefindconsign@gmail.com). Consignment is for 90 Days with same terms as regular consignment. Children's Clothing/Items - Thursdays Only Appointments for children’s drop-off day by appointment only with up to 50 items. This is a drop and donate process for children meaning consignors do not get back children’s items after 60 Days. Please make sure all button and snaps are closed.
  • Do you provide shipping?
    Currently, we do not ship. Items purchased from our website will be held and can be picked up at our Monrovia location during regular business hours.
  • Can I return my items?
    All sales are final. We do have a dressing room on site so that you can try on clothing before you purchase them.
  • What are your payment methods?
    We accept cash, debit cards and all major credit cards. Sorry, no checks.
